- Open Company (the Society with limited liability) from 2000 EUR The "standard" offer - 2 000 EUR, in the sum is included:

• Drawing up of the contract, registration of necessary documents and applications drift in registration court, a license department, archive

Granting of our legal address within 6 months (probably to prolong for a year +300 EUR) at desire the help at rent or the purchase of the real estate (the real address of firm is necessary for registration and after those).

Service of the formal general director for the term of till 6 months (probably to prolong for a year +300 EUR) at presence of the general Directors meeting the requirements, the discount 200 EUR.

• Obligatory condition for registration of firm is the establishment of the general director
• The general director can be only the physical person with a residence in Slovakia or the citizen of the state entering in EU
• At reception of the sanction to residing in Slovakia, from your consent, we at once bring replacement of the general director

Opening of the bank account on firm (at the separate order 100 EUR + the minimal contribution)

The price of registration of Open Company for maximal 4 (four) founders, for each subsequent founder an additional payment 200 EUR.

For reception of concession it is necessary to have "the responsible assistant" with necessary for the given kind of activity by special education, the diploma and practice.

For registration of Open Company 50 % of an advance payment both following documents and the information are required:

• Copies of the main page of the passport and civil passports (registration) - all founders
• If the founder of the Society - the Legal person, the power of attorney from the company on the representative of firm - a copy certified when due hereunder
• The size of the authorized capital (it is minimal 200 000 Skk) the size add founders in the authorized capital (a minimum 30 000 Skk on one). Naturally the sum anywhere is not shown
• Name of a registered society and two alternatives
• Kind, sphere of business
• To assure signatures on the made constituent documents of Slovak embassy all founders and someone the certified report on presence of financial assets and acknowledgement of payment of shares of founders. All documents is made by Us

Under Slovak laws registration of Open Company is carried out after that record in "Trading court ". After registration of firm to you we shall give:

• Registration leaf{sheet} from Trading court (original) and on 1 notarially certified copy to each founder
• The license for free business (original) and one certified copy
• Notarially certified constituent contract to each founder and the contract from bank on the firm's account
• The sheet about registration in tax body is transferred in a week after submission of ready documents
